In the field of pharmaceuticals and food, high-speed mixing and granulation machines (Type A) are widely used from mixing and dispersion to granulation and fine granulation products. The mainstream product is to use stirring blade wings for rotating granulation at the lower part and install side reamers. The problem is that the larger the capacity, the slower the circumferential speed from the inside to the outside, resulting in a larger granulation material closer to the center. The speed of the reamer is very fast, causing severe material adhesion between the cylinder block and the upper cover, which affects mixing. In this situation, Balance Gran (Bxing) emerged. Install the mixing blade and scraper on the same shaft, install a slightly larger reamer in the vertical direction, and have it rotate in the opposite direction to the mixing blade and scraper. The purpose of the wings of the mixing granulator is to vortex the powder around the center like a washing machine for convection, with no material adhesion on the top cover. The center reamer is used for crushing and granulation. Compared with the traditional mixing granulator (Type A), even particles with slightly lighter specific gravity can be directly used for tablet pressing without going through the granulator, and adjusting the rotation number of the reamer by moisture (adhesive) can obtain more obvious fine particles.
In terms of food, it is more soluble and has better flowability in powder form, making it easier to package as a stick.

Features
◆Unlike the traditional high-speed mixing granulator, which can only be used at 30% to 50% of its full capacity, Balance Gran can still be used for granulation even at 80% of its full capacity. Moreover, high-speed dissolution and crushing can result in more noticeable and finer particle size products.
◆The wing stirring blade scraper that slowly rotates along the wall rotates in the opposite direction to the reamer wings, which further improves the mixing efficiency and allows all raw materials to be discharged.
◆The adhesive can be dispensed in one go through the hopper installed on the upper cover, or dispersed through the central high-speed rotating wing, which has the same effect as the nozzle. Liquids will not adhere to the outer wall or other areas.
◆After the adhesive is added, agglomerates and coarse particles can be crushed and granulated using a reamer, which can be applied to particles with lighter specific gravity than traditional ones. It is more suitable for food, medicine, and tablet pressing, and has superior solubility.
