Product overview
　　The system adopts the international advanced granulation technology, and makes the amino acid powder into the standard granular product with high density, easy flow and less dust through the physical processes of degassing, pressing, crushing and screening.
Principle of vertical granulator
　　Amino acid powder is fed into the silo (agitator) by a hoist, and the material is pressed into the feeder by a screw. The feeder forces the pressure roller to feed the material. After extruding the material, the sheet material is initially crushed by the crushing system, and the crushed material is granulated by the granulator to form a mixture of particles and powder.Finally, the finished product particles are screened out by the screening machine, The particles and fine powder larger than the finished product return to the system for granulation.
Principle of new granulator

　　The amino acid powder is fed into the degassing feeder by the elevator.After degassing, the feeder forces the pressure roller to feed the material. After extruding the material, the sheet material is initially crushed by the crushing system. The crushed material is granulated by the granulator to form a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the screening machine screens out the finished particles, and the particles and fine powder larger than the finished product return to the system for granulation.
Note: the general system is one-stage crusher to crush materials, and the two-stape crusher is customized for special materials.
