Applicable materials

Principle of vertical roller press system
The material is fed into the degassing bin (agitator) by the elevator, and the degassing screw presses the material into the feeder. The feeder forces the pressure roller to feed the material. After extruding the material, the sheet material is initially crushed by the crushing system, and the whole material is crushed by the granulator to form a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the finished product particles are screened out by the screening machine, The particles and fine powder larger than the finished product return to the system for granulation.
Principle of horizontal roller press system
