　　GF series dry roller pelletizing system adopts the international new pelletizing process, which makes the battery powder into a standard granular product with high density, easy flow and less dust through physical processes such as tablet pressing, crushing and screening.
Principle of vertical granulator
　　The battery powder after high-speed mixing is fed into the degassing bin (agitator) by a hoist. The degassing screw presses the material into the forced feeder. The feeder forces the pressure roller to feed the material. After extruding the material, the sheet material is crushed by the crushing system to form a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the screening machine screens out the finished particles, The particles and fine powder larger than the finished product return to the system for granulation.
