The three in one single cone spiral belt conical vacuum dryer is a type of material that uses spiral belts to rotate and lift materials, and the conical jacket and hollow spiral belt are simultaneously filled with heat transfer media (such as hot water, heat transfer oil, steam, etc.), so that the heated material is lifted from all around and falls from the middle, rapidly and continuously flipping in a circular manner, and the water vapor is promptly taken away through vacuum extraction inside the cylinder, enabling the material to achieve drying and mixing purposes in a short period of time. Compared with traditional vertical mixers, there is no transmission mechanism inside the cylinder, fundamentally eliminating material pollution caused by lubricating oil leakage. The operation is reliable and stable, especially suitable for powder and particle mixing with high hygiene requirements; It is also suitable for stirring and mixing viscous fluids or viscous or wet main materials; Compared with other horizontal dryers, it has convenient discharge, can discharge 100% completely, and is easy to operate and maintain. Its drying efficiency is 3-5 times that of the same specification "double cone rotary vacuum dryer".

Three in One Introduction
● Integrated design simplifies the process, reduces losses, and improves product yield.
● Each sealing point has a unique design. The shaft seal is a double face mechanical seal.
● The filter material is 304 or 316L, stainless steel wire mesh sintered or powder sintered plate, and metal sintered plate. It can be selected from 3um to 50um according to user needs.
● The speed of the mixing shaft is controlled by a frequency converter to be arbitrarily adjusted between 1-10 revolutions per minute.
● Set up in place cleaning, in place vacuum sampling, and steam disinfection. Prevent product pollution and better adapt to "GMP" requirements.
● Operating in a closed state, the product is undamaged and suitable for materials with strong irritating odors and toxicity.
● Operating in a vacuum state, it has a high evaporation rate at low temperatures, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive and easily oxidizing materials, as well as materials containing solvents, and can recover solvents.

Operational characteristics
● Filtration stage: separation of product and mother liquor (vacuum filtration). The thickness of the filter cake can reach 200-500mm
● Washing stage: further purification of filter cake, cleaning of residual mother liquor, and pre dehydration. Mix the filter cake and washing solution by stirring the blades, and finally form a slurry,
● The filter cake of suspension is fully washed.
● Drying stage: After the filter cake is dehydrated, it is loosened by rotation. At the same time, the steam inside the jacket heats the inner wall, and the filter cake is heated and heated through heat conduction. The moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the drying effect. Accelerate the evaporation rate by vacuuming the equipment. By adding processed hot nitrogen and other media to remove the evaporated moisture, the drying of the material can be accelerated and the drying effect can be improved.
Note: Adding a stirring device to the equipment can complete the crystallization process under certain conditions, truly achieving integrated operation. And it can make it easier to fully mix the filter cake and washing solution during the washing stage, resulting in more thorough cleaning.
