Working principle
The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange. It is an indirect heating technology for heat exchange at the high temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air go their own way, and the heating is absolutely pollution-free,high thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), fast temperature rise, small volume, convenient installation, reliable use, and low price (compared with one-ton boiler, the heating system is only half the price of the boiler heating system).
Performance characteristics
High-temperature resistance measures have been taken to greatly prolong its service life compared with the tubular hot-blast stove, and the flue gas longitudinal scouring heat sink and negative pressure smoke exhaust method have been adopted. The heat exchange part is free of dust and does not need to be cleaned, and the thermal performance is stable. All kinds of coal or firewood can be used as fuel, and secondary air inlet device is equipped for complete combustion. The technical and economic indicators of the furnace have reached the domestic level.
Applicable materials
The furnace is a universal hot air device, which is used together with drying equipment for various materials. It is used for heating and dehumidification of grain, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, Xiangru, agaric, tremella, tea, tobacco and other agricultural products, food, pharmaceutical products, chemical raw materials, light and heavy industrial products, as well as heating of various facilities and dehumidification of warehouses.

Attention
◎ The environmental reference temperature standard is 18 ℃± 2 ℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated at 5000Kcal/kg.
◎ The hot air temperature in the table is determined according to the output air volume. The maximum hot air temperature of JRF4 type hot air stove can reach more than 200 ℃, and the maximum hot air temperature of JRF5 JRF6 type hot air stove can reach more than 300 ℃ (special manufacturing can reach more than 500 ℃). Users can adjust it according to needs.
◎ The configuration height of hot blast stove flue: 3~5 meters for JRF4, 5~8 meters for JRF and JRF6.

◎ The refractory layer on the inner wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate, and its height: JRF4-4 type is 0.5m, which can be installed on site.
