Product Overview
The compound motion of the material in the cone is caused by the rotation of the screw, which mainly produces four types of motion:
1. The spiral rotates along the wall, making the material move in a circle along the conical wall;
2. The spiral rotation causes the material to rise along the spiral from the bottom of the cone;
3. The compound motion of the screw's rotation and rotation makes a part of the material absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, and at the same time, the centrifugal force of the screw's rotation makes a part of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface discharge radially to the cone;
4. The rising material falls under its own gravity. The four movements produce convection, shearing and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the goal of rapid and uniform mixing.
Equipment features
It can be equipped with flying knives and spray atomization assembly to meet special process requirements.
The discharge valve can be operated manually and pneumatically.
Special materials can increase the motor power (heavier).
Scope of application
It is applied to the mixing, reaction, drying and cooling of powder and powder (solid-solid), powder and liquid (solid-liquid), liquid and liquid (liquid-liquid) in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, dye, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials, etc.
