1. Subject

The body of the aircraft is an independent rectangular cylinder, with a closed bearing seat connected to the powder hopper. The powder hopper extends outward from the body of the aircraft, and a V-shaped chassis is installed below it, which is wide and flat on the ground. Therefore, it needs to be installed below and can be placed indoors for use at will.

2. Particle manufacturing equipment

The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gears. The front bearing cover of the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, just unscrew a wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted. The two ends of the placed drum are made with convex square rings, embedded in the bearing chamber, so as not to allow oil stains to penetrate the powder and not to stick and block.

3. Reduction gearbox

Adopting worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:12, the gearbox can store oil to ensure good lubrication and no noise of the gears. There is a mirror on the gearbox to observe the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack to move back and forth.

4. Screen clamp pipe

The device is located on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipes, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, and the flower shaped handwheel is rotated to wrap the screen on the outer circle of the rotating drum. The handwheel is supported by gears, and the tension can be adjusted.

5. Motor frame

Once the screw is securely fastened, the electric motor is mounted on the iron plate. When the screw is turned, the electric motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
