What are the maintenance tips for a laboratory boiling dryer?

1. The lifespan of bearings and gears in boiling dryers is generally 2-3 years. The lubrication of the cycloidal gear reducer needs to be regularly checked for oil level. The normal oil level is between/2-2/3. After 50 hours of full load operation of the new equipment, the oil should be changed once. Follow the cleaning procedure of the boiling dryer to ensure proper equipment hygiene.

2. Check the lubricating oil once per shift, and add it promptly if there is a shortage of oil. The gear oil and lubricating grease in the main transmission box, distribution box, and transmission head should be checked every six months. Depending on the situation, add or replace gear oil and lubricating grease. After running for 500 hours, the bottom bearing of the spiral shaft should be disassembled and cleaned once (after running for 00 hours for a new machine). When assembling and disassembling parts, if any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The lubrication of bearings should be strictly checked. Maintain the equipment according to the maintenance procedure of the boiling dryer.

3. The operator of the dryer checks whether the steam valve, compressed air, and various range meters are normal before each operation.

4. Regularly clean the medium efficiency filter bag once a month, enter through the air outlet of the boiling dryer, loosen the frame screws, take out the mesh bag, soak it in cleaning agent for 30 minutes, then rinse and dry with clean water.

5. Regularly clean and lubricate the gearbox in the mixing device of the laboratory boiling dryer. Regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission gear of the dryer feeder and fill in the lubrication record of the boiling dryer.
