Working principle of vacuum rake dryer:
The dried material is added from the middle of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated, and is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing of the grinding rod cause the water inside the material to gasify. Under the action of the vacuum system, the internal and surface water of the dried material are more effectively discharged. The gasified water passes through the dry dust collector Wet dust collector and condenser, vent from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
The characteristics of vacuum rake dryer:
1. The material is dried evenly; Avoid oxidation and overheating; Products with extremely low moisture content can be obtained and packaged without the need for crushing operations.
2. High evaporation intensity, generally able to evaporate 10-15kg (water)/m ²· H.
3. Without air intervention, the condenser has a low load, making it convenient to recover material solvents.
4. After the solvent vapor entrainment is filtered through a bag filter, there is no environmental pollution.
5. Energy consumption: Generally, evaporating 1kg of water requires 1.3-1.5kg of steam.
6. The discharge valve is a ball valve inside the cylinder, which is convenient for unloading.
7. The hot medium can be steam, hot oil, or hot water.
